Refund policy
Returns
Damage or Defect - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item submit a claim within 10 days of receiving the product. Claims for such items must be submitted via the Contact form. When submitting a claim, please specify the order number, product name and issue.
Upon receipt of a claim, we will review it and contact you for additional information and/or to provide further return instructions.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.
Buyer's Remorse - Since each item is custom produced especially for you, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Shipping
Shipping instructions will be emailed to you upon approval of a claim.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
